Off the Beaten Track Adventure: Snorquel, Scuba Dive, Hike, Birds, Humpback and Whale Shark Watching
Service Description
The New Galapagos: Mexico’s Isabel Island has it all Appreciated by Scuba Divers, Photographers, Naturalists and Scientists like Jacques-Yves Cousteau. Located 32 kilometers off Mexico’s Pacific Coast and 150 kilometers northwest of Puerto Vallarta, "Schedule your PRIVATE GROUP starting 6 persons." Itinerary : DAY 1 6 am Departing from San Blas Pier, Nayarit Whale Watching Possible Whale Shark encounter 9 am arrival to Isabel Island Setting up Camp. We will provide Tents for guests. 10:00 am Scuba Diving: 2 tanks - Islet Media Luna, with rich colorful soft corals - Punta Rabijunco, for Caves diving 3:00 pm Lunch We will prepare Nayarit Style Seaffod. Grilled Fish (Sarandeado), Fish Machaca, breaded Fish Fillet, Breaded Shrimps or, at guest request a veggy option. We will have water, juice, pinneapel and hibiscus water. 4:00 pm 5 mins Hike to Las Pozitas, to visit and swim at natural tide pools with lovely corals, or, 15 minutes Hike to Rabijunco Cliff Viewpoint, nesting zone of the Brown Boobie Bird and Red Footed Bobbie Birds. 5:00 pm 15 mins Hike to Cerro Light House for Sunset, nesting zone of Blue Footed Boobie Bird 7:30 pm Night Dive - Islote Las Monas or at Light House Cliff area. Instructor will provide night diving lights. 9:00 pm Dinner Shrimp Empanadas and Shrimp quesadillas or Vegetables soup, stuffed zucchini. SUNDAY Fruit, pasties, juice and coffee 5:00 am 25 mins Hike to Crater Lake (hiyersaline water) and visitting Las Monas Beach for Sunrise. Nesting zone of Blue Footed Boobie Birds. 8:00 am Breakfast Fish machaca with eggs and beans or Chilaquiles with eggs 9:00 am Boat Touring arround the Island and Snorqueling either Las Monas, Rabijunco o Light house areas. Whale Watching 12:00 hrs. Set off the camp and Return to San Blas Pier 3:00 pm Arrival to San Blas Diving Class for Beginners: We can schedule a diving class that will be given at La Cruz de Huanacaxtle at least 1 day before the trip. The cost per class is 500 pesos mxn per personne. What to bring: Sleeping Bag, Tennis shoes for hiking, lantern, coffee Thermo, Hat, Sunglasses, Sandals, Bio sunblock. Important to Know: - Each persone can use 10 liters of water per day for showering - Electronic devices can be charged at camp facilities. - Bring mosquito repellent. Usefull at San Blas - Theres no good phone signal at the Island only in certain high areas - The boat has wifi. - Theres also wifi at night at the camp.
