This Is Our Story

During Puerto Vallarta Winter in 2023, the 2 things that really hooked me about our PADDLE BOARD EXPEDITIONS along the Bay, were the incredible encounters with Marine Wild Life (humpback whales, dolphins, giant rays, schools of fish) and the fact that we could reach any corner of every beautiful spot we wanted to go, there were no limits.
Once, excessive enthusiasm got me to an unplanned Paddle expeditition From Los Muertos Pier to Arcos Marine Park, alone, without water or sunblock and I realized too late I had no strenght left for returing back. Im glad everything went fine enough at the end.
Our first HUMPBACK WHALES ENCOUNTER at end of December of 2023 was simply and adventure from other world... My nephews and me were paddling to visit Arcos Marine Park and 2 Humback whales suddendly emerged some 10 meters from where we were and one of them swam in the direction of one of my nephews (Natalia became so scare but remained in calm), the whale dived slowly under her Paddle Board, I think there were no more than 3 meters between them... It was the most scary and beautiful moment of our lives.
Soon after, we started with Whale Watching trips by boat. We LEARNED about how to RESPECTFULLY INTERACT with them and of course, we had a few scary moments. "They can have bad mood issues with humans lack of good manners".
Soon we realized that SMALL GROUPS was a better experience for guests, we were able to provide a better service.
From that moment on, the search for quality experiences became our daily main task.
Since I was a kid I liked to watch CLASSIC SAILBOATS navigating in the horizon, they looked so beautiful to me and I decided to start doing Whale Watching trips using them to give a different experience to guests. We found out the joy of sailing only with the wind during sunsets with our guests on December 2023.
On the Summer of 2024, during a walk on the beach I saw a couple of very small Sailboats, with only 2 personns on board, they were Hobie-Cats and I saw in my mind the opportunity of providing our guests the experience of learning how to sail by themselves in a very short time. In my first Hobie-Cat trip, my instructor decided that would be a good idea to fish during the sailing. Fernando caught a big fish, and when we returned to the beach he prepared a Fresh Ceviche and woow..!! I realized we had to do it the same way for our guests in what we named as the ULTIMATE SAILING EXPERIENCE.
During Turtle Seasons, August to December, we did a couple of stops during Hobie-Cat sailings at Boca de Tomates Turtle Camp so that our guests were able to see baby turtles. When I saw the genuine and profoundly happy face (sure mine was just the same) of guests when seeing baby turtles it was clear to me I needed to find the opportunity to collaborate with some turtle camps to offer our guests the experiece of TURTLE RELEASES (always donde after sunset to avoid seagulls flying arround, which could eat the baby turtles).
In winter 2024, after several fails, I found a way (Thank you Bill...) to provide my guests with what it seemed to be a really hard thing to get; taking them to the HIDDEN BEACH at Marietas Islands. Only 116 personns per day are allowed to go. A beautiful CLASSIC SAILBOAT trip from Nuevo Vallarta (for small groups up to 12 guests), which it takes 2 hours and a half to get to the Islands, but the Hidden Beach worth it. Ideal for guests who likes to spend the day sailing.
After canceling several bookings because of lack of spaces for Hidden Beach, a really confident guest asked me I had to find a way to take all her family there. I couldnt disappoint Terri. From one day to the other, thankfully I found a way of doing it at Punta Mita with Abraham´s help, he magically resolved all the issues about How to get every time More Spaces for Hidden Beach .
Small boats could get to Marietas Islands in only 20 minutes. Since its a short trip to the Islands, we had time for more water activitities in the National Park, which by the way, the whole area is a Marine Life Sanctuary, surrounded by a Surf town, multiple coral reef areas and as a matter of fact, is the best place for Whales Watching, either mating or the ones taking care of their playful newborn babies. There were so many unfortegabble things to do in the same area... That´s how The SAFARI TO MARIETAS ISLANDS came from.
In February 2023 in Marina Vallarta I saw an advertisment in which a company was offering Tours to Swim with Wild Dolphins, that really captured my interest. Soon, I saw how they were doing that and I was lucky to met Gabachito, La China, Kimi and Diego, then, sooner than expected, we were already giving that Tour. Inmediately, I realized we had to improve the WILD DOLPHIN EXPERIENCE by adding New and more Respectful ways of Interaction, avoiding the common practice of competitors of chasing the dolphins with their boats and jumping into the water in their way.
Im so glad we now do it in such a very different way. Once, a guest said to me she couldnt believe this kind of experience was even possible, Thank you Valentina.
I had heard about BIOLUMINISCENCE before, but it seemed to be a tricky thing to find. In August 2025, Alexa was the first in giving us the opportunity to embark in these Nocturnal Adventures where Nature do its Magic and thousands of microorganisms light up in the dark water to create a sensorial and mystical experience surrounded by an electric glow under the sky.
Our FUTURE, we plan to start NEW EXPERIENCES in other parts of Mexico and of course, looking our way Internationally...
